The Department of Public Works is constantly undertaking a variety of projects ranging from road reconstruction, water and sewer replacement and storm-water management.

2010 Proposed Village Street Reconstruction
|
- Manitowoc Rd from Allouez Ave to Eaton Rd (Rescheduled by State for 2011 Construction)
- Ontario Rd from 1350' North of Eaton to Village Limits
- Construction started August 16, and is scheduled for completion by November 15.

2010 Watermain Replacement
Construction to start in March - April 2010
|
Watermain will be replaced due to frequent breaks and leaks along the following roads:
- Allouez Avenue (Lime Kiln Rd. - Hazen Rd) Complete
- Allouez Avenue (I-43 - Main Street) Complete
- Manitowoc Road (Allouez Ave. - Eaton Rd.) Complete
Water will be extended along the following road to improve quality and quantity to western Bellevue:
- Verlin Road (Steffens Way - Main Street) Construction Complete
Approximately 25 fire hydrants throughout the community that are in disrepair or leaking will be replaced. Construction completed in January 2010
